ERS has relaunched its member portal. As part of the relaunch, the way ERS members log in to the ERS journal and book websites has changed.
THE INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU IF YOU ARE NOT A CURRENT ERS MEMBER. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHETHER YOU ARE A MEMBER, PLEASE EMAIL members@ersnet.org
Which login details have changed?
Most significantly, ERS members’ login details for the European Respiratory Journal (erj.ersjournals.com) and ERS books (www.erspublications.com) websites have changed. ERS members’ logins for the European Respiratory Review, ERJ Open Research and Breathe will have also changed.
What has changed?
Previously, your ERS membership number acted as your username for the journals and books, and your ERS membership portal username acted as your password for the journals and books. However, since the change, your ERS membership portal login details now also work on the journals and books websites.
Why has it changed?
The primary reason is for simplicity and to improve the user experience. The change also allows us to update records more quickly when someone renews their membership, and enables members to choose their own login names and passwords.
