2021, Sleep MedicineCitation Excerpt :In another study of 7 adults with stable CHF, a significant global decrease in CI was observed after 2 h of CPAP at 5 cmH2O [10]. Finally, in 10 adult patients with CHF and CSA, large variations in CI were observed for different levels of CPAP, underlining the value of an individual CPAP titration [33]. In conclusion, even if the results concerning the CI were reassuring during the short duration of the study, the checking of CI after a longer CPAP use seems recommended.
