This is the first report regarding single LDLLT for a small child with PVOD. There are several points to be discussed with regard to this rare experience. Firstly, when the patient was transferred to our hospital, PVOD was clinically highly suspected; however, treatment for the other types of PAH is entirely different from that for PVOD.
