  • Real-time PCR was performed on BEAS-2B cells exposed for 10 h to crystalline silica (40 μg·cm−2), ZnCl2 (90 μM), FeSO4 (250 μM), 1-nitropyrene (1-NP) (30 μM) or lipopolysaccharide (LPS) (10 μg·mL−1). Bold indicates genes that may be regulated through several signalling pathways and are therefore repeated in the table.
