Adjusted on recipient age (continuous), sex, smoking status of both donor and recipient, body mass index (continuous), donor age, type of lung transplant, underlying disease, sex mismatch, anti-human leukocyte antigen antibodies, transplant centre, on living area, treated Pseudomonas infection, cytomegalovirus treated disease, immunosuppression induction and acute rejection treated episodes. Number of subjects was 487 and number of measurements was 1751.
