We are presenting the biggest case series including 110 patients with Polands Syndrome from single centre.The diagnosis of Polands Syndrome was identified in 110 patients between 1990 and 2014. The patients were evaluated in terms of additional anomalies. The latissimus dorsi muscle transfer to the affected pectoral area was performed for 6 of the patients.The syndrome was right sided in 61 patients, left sided in 41 patients and bilateral in 8 patients. The complete or partial absence of major pectoral muscle was detected in all patients. Additionaly, minor pectoral muscle in 100 patients, serratus anterior muscle in 16 patients, trapezius muscle in 8 patients, latissimus dorsi muscle in 10 patients, rhomboid muscle in one patient and rectus abdominis muscle in one patient were affected. 16 patients had Sprengels deformity and 8 patients had dextrocardia in addition to Poland{\textquoteright}s syndrome. Breast abnormalities were observed in most of the patients. There were chest wall deformities in 43 patients. Axillary alopesia in 53 patients and pectoral alopesia in 64 patients were detected.Our case series support the majority of the information reported on Polands syndrome so far. Although our case series supports the previous data, it is important to show that the combination of Polands syndrome and Sprengels deformity are more often than previously thought, in contrast to previous data.}, issn = {0903-1936}, URL = {https://erj.ersjournals.com/content/44/Suppl_58/P2438}, eprint = {https://erj.ersjournals.com/content}, journal = {European Respiratory Journal} }
