Echocardiography (Echo) with TDI was operated (Vivid 7, G.E.).Results: IPH and CHD had the most increased RV and decreased RV EF accordingly to SPAP.CTD and SS with moderate RV EF and SPAP, but high NTpro-BNP and FC had marked RV DD by TDI. Em RV in these groups were small while E/Em - large and comparable with IPH. We found the higher prevalence of RV DD by TDI vs with Echo (89vs 58%in IPH,86vs 47%in CTD,78vs 56%in SS,100vs 27%in CORD,87vs 27%in CHD,42vs 17%in RPH).View this table:Table 1. Echo parameters and NTpro-BNP levels in PH and controlsConclusion: CTD and SSpts with moderate systolic parameters and SPAP but high NTpro-BNP had marked RV DD by TDI.Quantity of pts with RV DD by traditional Echo was significantly less than by TDI in PH.
