AB A 47 year old woman developed idiopathic bronchiolitis obliterans organizing pneumonia (BOOP) presenting with haemoptysis and diffuse multiple cavitary nodules. The disease was histologically confirmed by open lung biopsy after other entities had been excluded. The patient responded to a course of corticosteroids. This BOOP should be added to the list of diseases with multiple cavitary nodules.
