First serological sample was obtained once hospitalized, and following samples at 14 days or at discharge, at 6 weeks and at 6 months. IgM and IgG against SARS-CoV-2 were determined by SARS-CoV-2 anti-spike S1/S2 assay (Liaison-XL DiaSorin). Results: Two hundred and ninety four patients were included, 176 (60%) men with a mean age of 66±26 years. Figure 1 shows the percentage of patients with positive IgG at each moment with regards to the symptoms onset date, and figure 2 the IgG values. The 6 months follow up of 185 patients showed positive IgG in 174 (94%), persistent negative IgG in 10 (5,5%), and 1 (0,5%) serological negativization in an immunosuppressed patient. Conclusions: Most patients with COVID-19 pneumonia present an early and lasting response to both IgM and IgG.FootnotesCite this article as: European Respiratory Journal 2021; 58: Suppl. 65, OA89.This abstract was presented at the 2021 ERS International Congress, in session “Prediction of exacerbations in patients with COPD”.This is an ERS International Congress abstract.
