Surgical treatment was performed for sensitive TB in 70 patients (38.3%), MDR-TB in 113 (66.7%). There were 98 (53.6%) women and 85 (46.4%) men. Visual studies were conducted on a CT scanner Aquilion TSX-101A (Toshiba).Results: Low inflammatory activity was found in 45 (25%) patients (average density (84.8 ± 66.4) HU), moderate activity in 55 (30%) patients (average density (30.7 ± 5.9) HU), high activity in 83 (45%) patients (average density (-19.0 ± 51.0) HU). Segmental resections were performed in 71% of patients with low activity of the process, 58% - with moderate and in 43% with high.Conclusions: on the background of disease progression and with high activity of the inflammatory process, 43% of patients were operated on, 57% of whom underwent extensive surgical interventions (lobectomy, pleuro-pneumonectomy). In the vast majority of cases with low activity of the process partial (economical) lung resections were performed.
