All of them were underwent the interactive questionary using computer program “Electronic polyclinic”, which is presented on the web-site: http://www.klinikcity.ru. According to annual prophylactic medical screening plan all the students were examined by therapeutist (general practitioner). Further profound clinical examination was recommended when respiratory symptoms had been revealed. Statistical calculation was performed using Statistica 8.0.Results: Traditional method of annual prophylactic medical screening without using the automatic questioning failed to reveal any chronical diseases in the observation group. PC program while “Electronic polyclinic” application found 9 students with respiratory symptoms. Three students suffered from viral acute respiratory disease, 4 students had chronic allergic rhinitis. Profound examination of two students including spirometry, CT, laboratory tests and pulmonologist physical examination let to reveal mild intermittent form of bronchial asthma in one case and chronic bronchitis – in the second.Conclusions: Respiratory module of interactive automatic questionary “Electronic polyclinic” application is effective for early chronical disease diagnostics. Morbidity was 20%.
