SCT was performed on the basis of SCT «NeuViz», Ltd. 16 slices. Co., China. Scanning was performed in different projections. Scans were recorded in DAICOM on the optical disc. Analysis of the scans were carried out on a personal computer using a program Radiant DICOM Viewer 1.99.21.9398. Sagittal sections of the chest were studied at the level of the lower corner of the scapula. We marked clinically relevant dimensions of sections of the skin, lung parenchyma, subcutaneous fat and musculoskeletal frame. Results: The results of the studies established a significant measurement range at children in different age groups Ageh skin1, mmh subcutaneous fat1, mmh muscles1, mmh lungs, mmh muscles2, mmhsubcutaneous fat2, mm1-3 years0,96±0,22,75±0,87,53±1,892,26±6,711,43±2,92,42±1,14-6 years0,98±0,12,98±0,47,50±1,7112,77±10,5812,54±3,12,66±2,57-9 years1,03±0,33,91±0,68,51±2,7121,14±8,013,74±3,02,4±2,310-12 years1,05±0,25,1±1,29,23±2,8148,01±7,415,45±6,32,55±2,213-15 years1,16±0,16,11±1,412,6±1,9153,11±9,916,73±2,94,38±1,2Results of a spiral computer tomographyConclusion: The results of these measurements will enable us to simulate the chest in children.
