He was a farmer with a 30 packagge*year cigarette history. Physical examination of the patient who has neither any systemic disease nor chronic drug use,revealed bilateral diffuse crackles and clubbing. He has restriction and diminished diffusion capacity on pulmonary function tests. Thorax computerized tomography showed bilateral subpleural ground-glass opasities, honey combing and fibrotic dansities. He has no prior history of rheumatological disease. As fiberoptic bronchoscopy cytologic and cultural examination was normal, diagnostic video associated thoracic surgery performed. Pathologic interpretation of wedge resection material was consistent with {\textquoteright}non-hodgkin lymphoma: extranodal marginal zone so nowadays he has underwent the clinical follow-up of mediacl oncology department.In this paper, a very rare, primary lung non-hodgkin lyphoma case presenting with radiological findings as seen in diffuse parenchymal lung disease is presented.}, issn = {0903-1936}, URL = {https://erj.ersjournals.com/content/48/suppl_60/PA3719}, eprint = {https://erj.ersjournals.com/content}, journal = {European Respiratory Journal} }
