SGL is more common in middle-aged women, occurs usually asymptomatic. The tumor grows slowly, often localized in the lower lobe of the lung (29.0% of cases). SGL prognosisis favorable. The Aim: The clinical and histological features of SGL.Material and methods: Investigated 3 SGL remote female 33, 37, 48 years. Complaints of cough and hemoptysis -1. CT - lung tumor. Used histological and immunohistochemical methods: hematoxylin and eosin, Alcian blue, revealing the expression of S-100 protein, vimentin, pancytokeratin, thyroid transcription factor 1, thyroglobulin, epithelial membrane antigen, desmin, Ki-67. Tumors rounded, dense consistency, with clear boundaries, 2-3.5 cm in diameter, met foci of calcification. In 1 case SGL was multiple. The Results: Microscopically in all SGL identified four histological components: papillary, solid, fibrous and vascular. A distinctive feature of all SGL was the proliferation of pneumocytes 2tipa. SGL cells round or polygonal in shape, with rounded or oval nucleus, abundant light or slightly eosinophilic cytoplasm, basophilic nucleoli occur. Conclusion: The differential diagnosis includes SGL inflammatory pseudotumor, clear cell tumor, carcinoid, bronchioles-alveolar carcinoma, and metastatic lesions. Verification of the diagnosis in the differential diagnosis SGL with a number of tumors with similar histological picture dictates the need for immunohistochemical studies. Prior to surgery followed by histological examination of the correct diagnosis has not been put.
