There were 13 patients, but 6 were excluded because 3 were sudden onset, 3 weren't examined proximal vein compressive lower-extremity ultrasound (CUS). The remaining 7, who seemed to develop PT rather than PE, were included. Results: View this table:7 casesThere were no symptoms related to PT. 6 received anticoagulant soon after PT was found, but 1(case7) received anticoagulant after PT progressed. There's no adverse event related to the therapy. Conclusion: All PT cases were asymptomatic, found accidentally, seemed to have no clinical significance. However, PT gradually developed in 1 case without anticoagulant, so PT might be treated if thrombus progresses.
