In the paragraph of the Methods section relating to patients, the range of values for the COPD Assessment Test scores was erroneously reported to be 0–400, and not the correct 0–40. The relevant sentence should correctly state:

“Enrolled patients were aged ≥40 years with symptomatic COPD: COPD Assessment Test score ≥10 (range 0–40), with higher scores indicating more symptoms; minimal clinically important difference (MCID) two units.”

The article has been corrected and republished online.
