We read with great interest the article by Ballerie et al. [1], which describes the occurrence of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis and fibrosis in a patient with GATA2 deficiency. Interestingly, our team recently managed a similar case, in which the interstitial lung disease eventually led to pulmonary hypertension (PH).
