This article from the June 2016 issue of the European Respiratory Journal was published with an incorrect version of figure 1, in which the key was mislabelled: the solid black line should have identified anticoagulant (AC) nonusers and the dashed line AC users. The corrected figure is reproduced below, and the article has been corrected and republished online.
