In table 1, the percentage of the test indeterminate group who started smoking at >20 yrs of age was incorrectly reported as 15.2%. This should have been presented as 19.6%. A corrected copy of the table is presented above.

In figure 1, the final data set used for analysis for the test negative group was incorrectly reported as 419. The correct number was 519. A corrected copy of the figure is presented above.
