Censored data with <100 life yrs of observation and <10 deaths have been omitted. The standard error of the hazard rate for all the 0–1-yr-old age groups is ∼10 per thousand, for the 1–5-yrs-old group it is approximately four per thousand rising to six per thousand for the 30–35-yrs-old group. #: data subject to censoring.
