Revealing symptoms were dysphonia, cephalalgia, abdominalgia, thoracic or bone algia, breast and cutaneous tumefaction, right cervical adenopathy. The confirmation of diagnosis was posed by anatomopathologic specimen or culture of mycobacterium tuberculosis. Through early detection and treatment for a suitable period are mandatory to improve the prognosis of this potentially curable infectious disease. Surgical treatment is not systematically indicated. Prognosis remains favourable, although diagnosis delay can cause complications.
