RSG is a generic programme designed & implemented to address the challenges transition presents. Medical, psychosocial & vocational needs of individuals are addressed following a structured yet adaptable plan, supported by Young Persons Clinic weeks. RSG addresses issues common to all young people but allows the respiratory team to focus on individual's specific needs. It commences at 11years coinciding with transition to senior school.
