Age was 10.9 ± 1.1 years. We have defined the indices of cellular link of immunity by fluorescent microscopy method using monoclonal antibodies to surface receptors. Humoral link indices and cytokines in blood had been defined by IFA.Results: We have revealed peculiarities in BA controlled and non-controlled in the indices of common IgE (227.95±24.67 against 359.6±31.2, p=0.0057), IL-4 (8.090±1.03 against 9.23±2.6, p=0.0019), TNFα (21.52±2.60 against 37.39±7.09, p=0.001). True differences between the levels of IgA, IgM, IgG, IL-10, IL-2 had not been found. We have revealed distinctions between some indices of cellular link of immunity in controlled and non-controlled BA: CD3+-cells (1467±258.02 against 837.04±3.85, p=0.014), CD4+-cells (880±13.6 against 984±12.8, p=0.007).Conclusion: There had been revealed laboratory markers of non-controlled atopic BA in children: higher level of IgE, IL-4, TNFα as well as higher number of CD3+-cells and the increase of sub-population of CD4+-cells as compared to the indices for controlled course of the disease.
