Results are expressed as median ±SDView this table:Values before and after (in brackets) the rehabilitation programThere was a significant improvement between the control group and the rehabilitation groups since the point of view of disability and mental condition. Quality of life as measured by the SG Questionnaire also improved but only reached statistical significance in the resistance group. Our results confirm the benefits of both types of training in patients with COPD.
