Study selection and data extraction was performed independently by two authors; risk of bias, evaluated by the QUIPS tool, was low.The use of biomarker combined with imaging or PESI, was the best strategy to predict 30 day mortality.View this table:A cost-effectiveness analysis is mandatory.
