Control group consisted of 28 healthy persons, aged 49,82±8,33 years. Arterial stiffness parameters were measured by means of pulse wave analysis using TensioMed Arteriograph (TensioMed, Hungary). Following parameters were detected: aortic augmentation index (AIxAo), aortic pulse wave velocity (PWV), brachial artery augmentation index (AIxB), central blood pressure (SBPao). We noted significantly differences of arterial stiffness parameters between pts with RLD and healthy subjects.View this table:Arterial stiffness in patients with sclerodermaArterial stiffness infringement in patient without RLD was less experience. We noted decreased differentiation between central and peripheral blood pressure (BP) and increased differentiation between central and peripheral arterial stiffness (index AIxAo/AixB). ER -
