This report describes the case of a 33-yr-old female with an aggressive form of lymphoid granulomatosis treated with an anti-CD20 antibody. Dramatic radiological improvement was seen at the fourth week. However, the patient died at home 1 month after the last rituximab administration from a massive haemoptysis.
