After regression, older age (Odd ratio [OR], 1.12; 95% confidential interval [95% CI], 1.09-1.14), married status (0.64, 0.42-0.96), house income less than average (0.72, 0.53-0.98), poor self-rated health status (1.45, 1.14-1.95), and regular health check-up (2.61, 1.93-3.51) were associated with higher influenza vaccination rate. View this table:Multiple logistic regression analysis for influenza vaccination among COPD populationCONCLUSIONS: Attention and interventions are required to improve the influenza vaccination coverage for the non-elderly patients with COPD, especially on those who are relatively rich, thinking self as being healthy, taking irregular health check-ups, not having spouse.
